Job Summary

A bank has an open position for a Remote Loss Mitigation Asset Administrator II.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Ensuring timely uploading of borrower documents to Bank’s imaging system
• Maintaining knowledge of regulatory requirements
• Monitoring and processing state assistance through the Hardest Hit program

Position Requirements Include:

• Attend mediation hearings telephonically or in person
• Reliable Home High Speed Internet
• HS Diploma, GED or Foreign Equivalent
• At least 5 years default mortgage financial services experience
• Self-Driven, Personally Accountable Personality
• Understanding of MS Office Suite with intermediate technical and computer skills
