Job Summary
A full-service bank is filling a position for a Remote Loss Mitigation Asset Administrator II in Jacksonville.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Resolving complex exceptions to the standard loss mitigation process
- Ensuring timely upload of borrower documents
- Monitoring and processing state assistance
Qualifications for this position include:
- HS Diploma, GED or Foreign Equivalent
- 5 years default mortgage financial services experience
- Ability to navigate quickly within various computer programs
- Reliable Home High Speed Internet
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work varying shifts including evenings and weekends
