A home financing lender has a current position open for a Remote Loss Mitigation Processor.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Monitoring loans to determine any deviation from standard processing time
- Verifying loan documents and applications
- Ensuring exceptional customer service by maintaining contact with customers from application to close
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of mortgage loan processing required
- High School degree required
- Detailed knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, and USDA loans required
- General tax returns knowledge required
- Must be MS Office proficient
- Must be proficient in calculating income and assets
