A business service provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Loss Mitigation Specialist in High Point.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Handling multiple mortgage products that are 60 days delinquent
- Keeping servicing files up-to-date so borrowers can receive the best assistance
- Making calls to borrowers, borrowers' authorized representatives, and brokers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum 1 years of Loss Mitigation, collections or related mortgage servicing experience
- Excellence in consulting and advising customers via telephone and written communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
