Job Summary

A home financing lender is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Loss Mitigation Supervisor in Charlotte.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operation of the Loss Mitigation department
• Review loss mitigation transactions for approval or denial
• Receive and resolve customer complaints from various business partners

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or University or equivalent work experience
• Three to five years of experience in a Collections/Loss Mitigation related position
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and proportions
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
