Job Summary
A full-service bank and national mortgage originator is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Loss Mitigation SWAT Team Senior Consumer Advocate.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Identifying potential risks and mitigating factors that could impact a borrower’s ability to repay the loan
- Reviewing and analyzing loss mitigation applications including income and asset statements, credit bureau reports, and other relevant documentation
- Maintaining knowledge of regulatory requirements, investor/insurer guidelines and other relevant timeframes
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Reliable Home High Speed Internet required
- Required, advanced subject matter expertise in Loss Mitigation
- 5 years default mortgage financial services and/or comparable experience, experience required in Loss Mitigation
- HS Diploma, GED or Foreign Equivalent required
