Job Summary
A financial company is filling a position for a Remote Loss Mitigation Underwriter II.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Conducting Verification of Income
- Performing a thorough analysis to ensure the quality of each loan and to determine compliance
- Verifying occupancy, hardship and income
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2 to 3 years' of underwriting background in HAMP/Loan Modification and servicing/loss mitigation experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Able to complete system tasks as required
