Job Summary
A multi-state community-focused bank is in need of a Remote Loss Mitigation Underwriting CAM Manager I in Getzville.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Manages a team of professionals (includes people, budget and planning)
- Resolving disputed transactions in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Serving as integral member of portfolio acquisition team, directing onboarding of acquired loans.
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- A combined total of 6 years of higher education and relevant work experience in a call center or bank operations environment
- 1 years' work leadership or supervisory experience
- Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
- Ability to use tact and diplomacy
- Ability to manage workflow of medium complexity and resik exposure
- Ability to identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management
