Job Summary
An insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Loss Sensitive Underwriting Director.
Must be able to:
- Make individual and collaborative underwriting decisions where applicable
- Work with teams and underwriters to produce quotes
- Meet profitability, account retention, and written premium goals
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel 20% of the time
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of primary casualty underwriting experience
- Experience placing casualty lines facultative reinsurance
- Broker contacts identified within each segment countrywide
- Knowledge of Workers' Compensation, General Liability, Automobile and Auto Physical Damage
