Job Summary
A construction technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Lot Development Pre Construction Project Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinating complex pre-construction schedules for lots in our technology platform
- Serving as the primary point of contact, both internally and externally, for our lot development projects
- Developing familiarity with processes and relationships at the local level
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Residential building experience required
- Penchant for problem-solving; able to identity & resolve issues and effectively manage project scope
- 4+ years of work in Architecture, Project Development and/or Construction Project Management Experience
- Hands-on experience with the life-cycle of designing and permitting projects, understanding of plan submittal and permitting processes
- Ability to handle multiple projects in various stages of development
- Working knowledge of the principles and terminology in construction, and the ability to ability to read drawings and comprehend reports
