Job Summary

A therapy staffing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Louisiana Licensed School Based Speech Language Pathologist.

Must be able to:

• Conduct remote speech and language assessments to evaluate students' communication skills
• Provide virtual speech-language therapy sessions to students through video conferencing platforms
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) with specific goals and intervention strategies

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Valid state license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Previous experience working as a school-based speech-language pathologist or in a similar role
• Proficiency in using virtual platforms and technology for remote assessments and therapy sessions
• Knowledge of special education processes and regulations
• Strong understanding of communication disorders and intervention strategies
