Job Summary
A company that serves as an online marketplace is seeking a Remote Loyalty and Lifecycle Marketing Senior Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Owning and executing loyalty program roadmap and campaign calendar
- Developing effective segmentation and targeted offers to drive acquisition and retention
- Building out reporting and tracking to help you optimize and communicate the performance
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5 years of experience within developing B2C loyalty/rewards programs, CRM or Digital Marketing
- Experience with CRM/ESP platforms
- Proven experience in creating customer loyalty journeys targeted at activating new customers
- Proven experience within a B2C e-commerce or retail industry
- Seasoned with the usage of data to create customer contact strategy
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven approach to solving sophisticated problems
