Job Summary

A retailer of athletically inspired footwear and apparel is seeking a Remote Loyalty Program Redemption Center Senior Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading the process to establish the strategic vision for the NA local redemption centers
  • Identifying the key functionality needed for a geographically focused redemption center
  • Driving the execution of redemption centers in each geography

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 8-10 years of experience in the customer/loyalty marketing space
  • Partnership Marketing experience
  • Excellent analytical abilities, rigorous attention to detail and bias for customer-centric planning
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong collaborative spirit, and relationship-builder both internally and externally
