Qualifications for this position include:
- 1-2 years of clinical experience
- Medical Assistant Certification/Licensed Nursing Assistance considered with experience
- Experience in care coordination or care management, Health Coaching, Nursing, Motivational Interviewing counseling
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal skills
