Remote LPN Health Information Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Information Specialist to work remotely in the healthcare field.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and document adverse events and product safety inquiries via telephone and email
• Triage cases and provide health, safety, and technical product information to consumers and healthcare professionals
• Escalate cases to trained medical professionals as needed

Required Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN, EMT, Paramedic, CMA/RMA, or CPhT certification
• 1+ years of recent work experience in a relevant role
• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Commitment to 5.2 weeks of full-time remote training
