Job Summary
A luxury retailer needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Luxury Retail Customer Care Associate.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Answering customer inquiries about our store hours of operation and services
- Utilizing multiple PC applications as a resource for answering questions
- Determining customer needs and connecting them to the proper retail store sales associate
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Proficiency and comfort with using technology (PC and online applications)
- Ability to multitask – interact via phone while using the internet and other computer applications
- Ability to keep your cool during challenging customer interactions
- Ability to genuinely connect with customers and other associates
- Have PC/MAC, high-speed internet access, and quiet location to work at home
