Job Summary
A multinational financial services company is in need of a Remote M and A Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Participating in business and financial due diligence involving interaction with management teams
- Assisting in synthesizing information/data to develop and communicate business case for senior management, and shareholders
- Assisting in creating valuation models and other financial models/analyses to assess synergies, integration costs, and working capital, etc
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience in tracking all deal progress
- Able to navigate internal controls and compliance to obtain approval from major shareholders
- Ability to help prepare detailed description of the target's products and services incl. money flow analyses for shareholder's review
