Remote M and A Integration Director

Job Summary

A mergers and acquisitions firm has a current position open for a Remote Integration Director.

Must be able to:

• Participate in early evaluations during due diligence for M&A activities
• Be a thought leader in the development of our M&A integration strategy
• Lead and take ownership for all aspects of the integration efforts

Qualifications Include:

• 8-12+ years’ experience in strategy, business operations, professional consulting, or investment banking
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience with and/or ability to master various financial systems, including CRM, SAP, Tableau, and other BI tools
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple acquisitions simultaneously, executing against both individually as well as broader strategic initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams
