Job Summary
A mobile technology and clinical trial company is seeking a Remote M and A Integration Project Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage and take ownership for all aspects of the integration efforts
- Develop and manage a comprehensive project plan
- Coordinate with functional teams to develop/refine workstream specific integration plans
Skills and Requirements Include:
- BA/BS degree required
- A minimum of 6 years experience supporting multiple M&A integrations
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to operate at all organization levels
- Extraordinary focus on details, analysis and results
