Job Summary
A cloud communications company is seeking a Remote M and A Workday HRIT Integration Project Lead.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Evaluating HR systems for target company
- Managing the implementation of acquired company into Twilio Workday
- Ensuring data is managed according to data privacy requirements
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years hands-on Workday experience supporting an HR function
- Demonstrated advanced Workday configuration experience in 3: Payroll, Advanced Comp, Talent, Benefits, Time Tracking, Time Off, HCM
- Must have hands-on experience loading data using Workday EIB, worked with PECI/PICOF and Studio Integrations
- Must be collaborative, a self-starter, highly motivated, able to shift directions quickly when priorities change
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with versatility to manage multiple projects
- Customer service oriented and ability to meet defined SLAs, familiar with agile methodology
