Job Summary

A health insurance company is seeking a Remote Macess Configurations Analyst.

Must be able to:

• Configure C&S markets, including but not limited to new queues, material changes, reports and process flows
• Complete audit configuration loads for adherence to procedures to ensure quality measures are met/exceeded
• Research configuration issues, audit findings or other defects to develop the appropriate configuration criteria

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED or higher
• 1+ years of experience with a Workflow tool such as Macess, ServiceNow, PEGA, ORS, or other healthcare administration system
• Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel to create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and work with formulas
• Ability to work a flexible 8-hour shift between the hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
