Job Summary

A technology company has a current position open for a Remote Machine Learning Lead Research Scientist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Developing scalable machine learning / deep learning solutions
• Leveraging machine learning to solve the combinatorial optimization problem
• Developing, designing, prototyping, and leading the implementations of new machine learning algorithms for large data sets

Required Skills:

• Good understanding of convex optimization
• PhD in machine learning, computer science/engineering, applied mathematics, statistics, operations research
• Extensive experience in machine learning / deep learning
• Knowledge of online learning, reinforcement learning, representation learning, RNN, CNN, Transformer, GNN
• Extensive experience in Python (and PySpark) as well as using modern machine learning/deep learning tools
• Knowledge of distributed and cloud platform, such as Azure data bricks environment
