Job Summary
An artificial intelligence software company has an open position for a Remote Machine Learning Operations Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Work closely with the data science team to design, implement, and deploy secure, scalable, and robust APIs that expose computer vision and NLP models for document understanding
- Develop event-driven microservices and optimize application performance
- Incorporate the results of our data science research into our web applications and services
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of experience in software development
- Excellent knowledge of modern software engineering best practices
- Experience with PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases
- Expertise in Python, Django, Typescript, Node.js (or similar languages/frameworks)
- Experience with building/maintaining distributed systems and message queue technologies such as RabbitMQ, Redis, or Kafka
- Experience building and maintaining back-end application infrastructures
