Job Summary

A software development company is seeking a Remote Machine Learning Support Health Engineering Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Defining the culture of a rapidly growing organization
  • Building a highly performing team of engineers
  • Managing tickets, customer happiness, and all things support

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Customer Support management role
  • Strong people management skills and prior experience mentoring a team of 5+ individuals
  • Experience with Python, SQL, and GraphQL
  • Worked with Jira as an Admin, or have applicable experience
  • Have extensive experience in a customer facing position
  • Have hands-on experience tracking, understanding and fixing software bugs
