Job Summary
Nonprofit organization has a current position open for a Remote Magazine Assistant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Creating, sustaining, and improving systems to manage all team functions
- Assisting in creating the budget and tracking spending, hiring and managing contractors, and supporting advertising sales
- Creating and managing mailing and distribution lists
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Occasional travel
- Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of administrative experience
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Strong team and customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and with a spirit of flexibility
- Ability to anticipate needs and take action proactively, creatively and strategically
