Job Summary

Nonprofit organization has a current position open for a Remote Magazine Assistant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Creating, sustaining, and improving systems to manage all team functions
  • Assisting in creating the budget and tracking spending, hiring and managing contractors, and supporting advertising sales
  • Creating and managing mailing and distribution lists

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Occasional travel
  • Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of administrative experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management
