Job Summary
A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Mailing Industry Inside Sales Account Manager .
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Initiate and generate calls, assigned by the supervisor
- Directly interface with internal and external customers to generate interest for rental and lease renewals
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma/GED, Associates Degree, preferred
- One to two years of customer service in addition to previous telemarketing or inside sales experience
- Must have strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Basic Excel spreadsheet skills
- Knowledge of Order Entry processes and procedures
