Job Summary

An infrastructure technology leader has a current position open for a Remote Mainframe Franchise Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Driving customer adoption and success with mainframe software solutions within a defined set of large customers
  • Building relationship with customer as Trusted Advisor and holding business reviews to ensure alignment
  • Promoting Account Team collaboration to build, share and execute a strategic account plan

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a business or IT-related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in the IT industry with a deep understanding of how customers use IT
  • Broad understanding of industry trends and directions
  • Ability to navigate across the organization to solve problems
  • Project management experience/discipline with the ability to multi-task under potentially stressful situations
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
