An IT company is filling a position for a Remote Mainframe Mentor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Resolve issues and to develop coping strategies for the perm fix
- Assist associates in their work assignment
- Provide appropriate and timely advice
Qualifications for this position include:
- Able to contribute to weekly status report to leadership in technical tower
- Maintain confidentiality of mentees
- Be an active listener and offer support and encouragement when appropriate
