Job Summary

A staffing and recruiting firm is seeking a Remote Maintenance Planner.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Provide building maintenance and office administration support to company managed buildings
  • Analyze work orders by size, urgency, skill set, location, complexity, and available manpower
  • Issue work orders in a sequential flow to individual technicians or work teams

Required Skills:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Required
  • Minimum of four years of related experience and/or training
  • Valid driver's license, if driving required in conjunction with job duties
  • Facility Management and CFC certification is desired
