A full-service maintenance company has a current position open for a Remote Maintenance Support Professional.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Guiding repair technicians on possible solutions to resolve issues
- Receiving and reviewing photos for troubleshooting
- Negotiating in pricing as necessary
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Construction/Facility Maintenance Knowledge
- Outstanding Communication and Problem-Solving Skills
- Tech Savvy - using smart phone applications, MS Word, etc.
- Must have the ability to work on their own and bring their own skills to bear to improve the processes and procedures already in place
