Job Summary
A cloud-based service automation platform has a current position open for a Remote Major Account Technical Program Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing comprehensive project plans to deliver customer feature requests
- Owning Accelerated Development project delivery documents
- Setting up both internal and customer facing demos
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related technical discipline
- 5 years of Technical Project Management experience including interactions with non technical customers
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- High proficiency in Project Management, documentation, collaboration, communication, and reporting tools
- Track record of working closely with diverse engineering teams in multiple geo locations and cultures
- Must be an attentive listener, a savvy communicator, and a “can-do” team player
- Experienced with Jira, Smartsheets, Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, Powerpoint, Slack
