Job Summary
An insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Major Case Management Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing, developing and directing staff
- Developing collaborative partnerships
- Acting as a technical expert and resource for staff
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5 years of related case management experience or equivalent education/experience
- 3 years of management or leadership role experience in case management
- Working knowledge of catastrophic case management practice
- Knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations
- Knowledge of the nature and extent of injuries, periods of disability, and treatment needed
- Knowledge of URAC standards, ODG, Utilization review, state workers compensation guidelines
