Job Summary

An insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Major Case Management Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing, developing and directing staff
  • Developing collaborative partnerships
  • Acting as a technical expert and resource for staff

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 5 years of related case management experience or equivalent education/experience
  • 3 years of management or leadership role experience in case management
  • Working knowledge of catastrophic case management practice
  • Knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations
  • Knowledge of the nature and extent of injuries, periods of disability, and treatment needed
  • Knowledge of URAC standards, ODG, Utilization review, state workers compensation guidelines
