Job Summary

An insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Major Case Management Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

Managing, developing and directing staff
Developing collaborative partnerships
Acting as a technical expert and resource for staff

Qualifications for this position include:

5 years of related case management experience or equivalent education/experience
3 years of management or leadership role experience in case management
Working knowledge of catastrophic case management practice
Knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations
Knowledge of the nature and extent of injuries, periods of disability, and treatment needed
Knowledge of URAC standards, ODG, Utilization review, state workers compensation guidelines
