A division of Mainspring Legal, is a boutique legal staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Major Firm Corporate Attorney in Atlanta.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Mostly M & A, including preparation of purchase and operating agreements
• Work on a remote contract basis to start either full time or part time

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Some onsite likely required in the future, so Atlanta vicinity preferred
• Ability to prepare purchase and operating agreements
• Detail oriented yet a creative and strategic thinker who has excellent business sense and judgment
• Role requires superlative communication skills, sound judgment and a balanced temperament
