Job Summary
A health insurance service provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Major Health Markets Administrative Staff Supervisor.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Being responsible for coordinating and submitting account vendor and sponsorship payments
- Being responsible for hiring, training, and developing of Sales support staff in a remote working environment
- Being responsible for supervising and monitoring all sales support activity and new group implementation workflow
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
- Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment
- 3 years leadership or management experience required
- 2 years experience in healthcare related industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated knowledge of digital communication, contracts, products, networks, underwriting, billing, and more
