Job Summary
A software development company has a current position open for a Remote Major Market Field Sales Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Setting new customers on our technology, working with insurance brokers and other centers of influence for referrals and follow up on potential leads
- Running all phases of the sales cycle from prospecting, discovery, demonstrations, to close your own sales
- Selling Human Capital Management (HCM) products and services to companies with 500+ employees
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel
- Relevant education and experience, with motivation for sales Tech and SaaS savviness
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal communication skills to effectively engage with all personalities and business roles
- Proven strong computer skills and understanding of spreadsheet software
- A demonstrated, energetic modern approach to sales
- A demonstrated desire to continually grow and apply new skills
