Job Summary
A hearing technology and healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Managed Care Billing Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Posting third-party insurance payments to open receivables
- Following up with third-party insurance carriers on unpaid or denied claims until full resolution
- Preparing and submitting claims to third-party insurance carriers electronically via Waystar or individual payer portals
Position Requirements Include:
- 1-3 years of medical/insurance billing experience required
- Knowledge of medical billing practices
- High School diploma or equivalent is required
- Knowledge of business office procedures
- Proficient in MS Office and have good computer skills
