Job Summary
A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Managed Care Payors Growth Vice President.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of the sales process with new and existing accounts
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance and People to ensure the support is in place for each deal
- Build the network of executive relationships with customers
Qualifications for this position include:
- 10+ years of total sales related experience with 5 years of experience successfully selling directly to the Payer space
- Experience with AI powered solutions and/or digital health
- Experience consistently securing multi-year, multi-million-dollar contracts with Managed Care/Payor organizations
- Experience selling risk deals for members to payers
- Depth of knowledge of the needs and challenges faced by employers
- Analytical reasoning, creativity and conceptual thinking to operate in strategic settings as well as more tactical environments
