Job Summary
A computer company is filling a position for a Remote Managed Client Intellectual Property and Process Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Establishing and maintaining a cutting edge proactive, predictive, self-healing, automated, service desk less managed services platform
- Being the global client technology expert in current and emerging client deployment and management technologies
- Maintaining a strong understanding of the business drivers, emerging capabilities in the client technology space
Position Requirements Include:
- 12+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8+ years with a Master’s degree; or 5+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience the IT industry
- Technology specialization across PC’s, client deployment, and client management
- 10+ years of experience in Dell Optimized Deployment, Configuration Services and Managed Deployment
- Proven expertise presenting Dell solutions to CXO level customers
- Proven expertise in designing Managed Client solutions for G100 customers
- 10+ years of experience with client management technologies
