Job Summary

A technology company is in need of a Remote Managed Cloud and SaaS Services Operations Technical Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing hands on technical leadership for the Application Engineering team
  • Transitioning and aligning Hospitality best practices to Cloud processes and guidelines
  • Serving as the point of contact for escalations

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 10+ years related experience of a best-in-class cloud or hosting organization
  • 5+ years of experience being a Tech Lead and managing a team
  • 3+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker containers and Kubernetes administration
  • Have a broad, strong technical knowledge which encompasses Application operations
  • Have knowledge of applications built using Apache, WebLogic and Fusion Middleware or related
  • Possess proven track record of operational success in a high traffic environment
