Job Summary
A cybersecurity company is filling a position for a Remote Managed Defense Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing and maintaining multiple customer relationships
- Ensuring all business processes are executed with efficiency and quality
- Managing a team of customer-facing, passionate security industry experts
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 9+ years experience in: security operations, incident/threat response, incident detection, & malware analysis
- 3+ years working with Windows and Unix operating systems
- 4+ years' experience with endpoint and network detection and protection
- 4+ years working with information security challenges and solutions
- 5+ years' experience in both strategic and tactical thinking
- 5+ years' experience with customer engagement and/or customer relationship
