Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Managed Service Provider Implementation Senior Project Manager in Nashville.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Ensuring the evolution of the service delivery methodology to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
- Serving as Implementation and Planning Subject Matter Expert for Sales/operations team as necessary
- Providing day-to-day management in the delivery and deployment of the MSP program
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Up to 25% travel may be required
- 4 or more years of project management experience
- 5 or more years of overall experience
