Job Summary
A provider of the world's largest security awareness training has an open position for a Remote Managed Service Providers Customer Success Team Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Make genuine recommendations to hiring, firing, disciplining, and promoting subordinates
- Forge relationships with new MSP partners and understand their objectives, sales targets and metrics
- Work closely with MSP partners to develop a strategy and plan for achieving their objectives
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
- Experience with MS Office
- Experience with web browsers
- 2+ years managing customers within a SaaS subscription model
- 1+ years software sales experience
- 1+ years working with channel partners, including MSPs
