Job Summary

A provider of the world's largest security awareness training has an open position for a Remote Managed Service Providers Customer Success Team Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Make genuine recommendations to hiring, firing, disciplining, and promoting subordinates
  • Forge relationships with new MSP partners and understand their objectives, sales targets and metrics
  • Work closely with MSP partners to develop a strategy and plan for achieving their objectives

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
  • Experience with MS Office
  • Experience with web browsers
  • 2+ years managing customers within a SaaS subscription model
  • 1+ years software sales experience
  • 1+ years working with channel partners, including MSPs
