Job Summary

An information technology services provider has a current position open for a Remote Managed Services Associate Software Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Troubleshoot client device and application issues via phone and remote access
• Oversee day-to-day operation of various engineering solutions including hardware/software support, and training
• Provide feedback to management on process improvements and areas of concern

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
• 1+ year of experience in a Network Operations Center
• 1+ year of experience troubleshooting devices within the applicable field
• Cisco or other vendor certifications pertinent to the engineering vertical
• History of successfully managing and operating multi-vendor environments
• Customer service skills and client focus
