A cloud-based computing software firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Managed Services Consultant in Madison.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Bulk import/export of content and data
• Ad hoc training of users and administrators
• Analysis and deployment of new product features

Qualifications Include:

• Experience with configuring/supporting/implementing software
• Customer service or consulting experience
• Experience fulfilling customer needs and managing expectations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Project management experience
