Job Summary

An information technology consulting company is in need of a Remote Managed Services Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Cultivating productive, trusted relationships with key customer executives and stakeholders
  • Managing customer expectations while developing long-lasting relationships

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years demonstrable experience working with senior executives and the C-Suite
  • 3+ years experience working in a technical account management (TAM) role, or similar
  • AWS Solution Architect Associate certification (or equivalent)
