Job Summary
A software company is seeking a Remote Managed Services Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Manage an internal team of multiple managed services direct reports
- Proactively identifying problems, risks, and bottlenecks
- Pushing for decisions and resolving issues as needed
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years in people management of technical programs and/or services
- 5+ years’ experience leading teams in Customer Success, key account management, or relevant experience
- Coaching, mentoring, training, development, performance management experience
- Demonstrated communication skills and ability to present to large or small groups
- Program/project management experience
- Ability to build rapport with a team of direct reports
