Job Summary
A provider of managed IT services is seeking a Remote Managed Services MRC Fellowship.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting PC hardware components, desktop/laptop operating systems software, application software & help desk
- Providing end user support in various levels of technical and non-technical staff
- Assisting in marketing web page content development, automation & scripting tasks & SOP development & maintenance
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must be a Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission participant.
- Associate and/or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering or other technical degree
- OR equivalent experience
- Previous customer service experience
