Job Summary
A technology operations company has an open position for a Remote Managed Services Operations Shift Lead.
Must be able to:
- Provide daily direction to IT team of six or more people including local or remote staff
- Provide audit documentation to relevant parties for audit related activities
- Respond to escalation issues seven days a week for day and/or night shift
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 3 years in related area managing or supervising technical staff along with 5 years hands-on IT experience
- Experience with remote support and communication of complex environments
- Solid understanding of ITIL v3 processes
