Job Summary

A consulting and development agency is in need of a Remote Managed Services Salesforce Delivery Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Participate in knowledge transfer and requirements gathering sessions
  • Mentor onshore lead consultant in both technical and soft skills
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Managed Services

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • Certified Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant
  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent
  • Certified Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
  • At least two (2) additional Salesforce certifications
  • At least five (5) years of related Salesforce work experience required
