Job Summary
A technology company is in need of a Remote Managed Services Solutions Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop common sales tools, processes, and best practices
- Ensure service is conducted within business plan, budget, policies and procedures
- Achieve business revenue, gross profit and profitability objectives
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience with managed services development
- Ability to build working relationships with cross functional teams
- Experience communicating with different customer levels up to, and including, C-level executives
- Educational or experience in managed services sales, CRM utilization, IT service management
